First Amendment Violation

In the article "NC: Teen: Nose ring more than fashion , It's faith  "  shows how schools can be against certain people or students claiming they're violating the school's dress code , but in fact school's are limiting students rights. they claim that  body  modification isn't a real religion that if she was Muslim or Hindu then the nose piercing , or any other type of body jewelery  would be acceptable. I believe this is not right if every school would be stricted on enforcing rules preventing students to have non-regular piercings then almost half of the population of students enrolled in school would be attending home studies or would be roaming the streets with no direction life.

  1. I believe that the school's should not go against a student's religion as explain in the first amendment but there are certain schools that dont allow the use of body jewelry for the fact that it can influence others in a negative way.
